About Junior Golf?

Junior Golf has been at Camp Pendleton for many years.  It was created by Doug Blanchard and evolved into quite a program.  The concept was to help our active duty Marines and Sailors teach their children the great game of golf.  As it’s popularity grew, a fee structure was put in place.  This was offset by donations from members of the Pendleton Men’s Golf Association(PMGA).

We now have established the Camp Pendleton Junior Golf Foundation.  The primary purpose of this Foundation is to provide funding for all children of Active Duty Military to be able to participate in the Junior Golf Program.

Applications are being developed for your convenience and can be found in the section of this site called “How To Join“.
